Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 1 ½ glasses salad cream (Miracel Whip)
- 100 g natural yourt
- 15 cucumber (s), sour
- 6 tablespoon cucumber liquid from the jar
- 100 g meat sausae, veetarian
- 100 g cheese, diced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- First you cook the noodles and then let them cool down (it`s best to add olive oil to the noodles so that they don`t stick together). Meanwhile you make the sauce for the salad. Miracel Whip, yoghurt and the olive oil are stirred together and properly seasoned with salt and pepper. Then you cut the veg. Cut the sausage, cheese and cucumber into nice little cubes and put them in a bowl that has enough space for the pasta. As soon as the pasta is cold, mix everything in the bowl, season again with salt and pepper and add the cucumber water.
- Then season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning and then put in the refrigerator. After 3 hours, taste again and possibly add again Miracel Whip or spices.
