Instructions

  1. Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and peel it thinly with the peeler (do not cut off the white one). Pour the rock sugar into a 1 l bottle, add the orange peel and basil and fill up with grappa. Close the bottle and let the liqueur steep for 3 weeks.
