Ingredients
- 1 orange (s), untreated
- 120 g rock candy, white
- 2 stalk / s basil
- 700 ml grappa

- Wash the orange with hot water, dry it and peel it thinly with the peeler (do not cut off the white one). Pour the rock sugar into a 1 l bottle, add the orange peel and basil and fill up with grappa. Close the bottle and let the liqueur steep for 3 weeks.
