Ingredients
- 750 ml rum, white
- 1 liter orange juice
- 2 vanilla pods, scraped out pulp from them
- 120 g suar
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

- Put all ingredients in a sealable container and let it steep for 1 week. Shake occasionally. Then filter.
- I use freshly squeezed juice for this. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the orange juice.
