Ingredients

  • 500 ml water, warm
  • 1 liter vodka or rum
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 1 sachet flavor (vanilla)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 chilli pepper (s) or chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar, the vanilla flavor and the chili peppers. Pour into a saucepan with the warm water and bring to the boil until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Let the sugar water cool down, then mix with the vodka or rum.
  3. Fill into prepared bottles and let steep for about 2 weeks. Then filter out the chili peppers.
