Ingredients
- 500 ml water, warm
- 1 liter vodka or rum
- 350 grams sugar
- 1 sachet flavor (vanilla)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 chilli pepper (s) or chilli powder

- Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar, the vanilla flavor and the chili peppers. Pour into a saucepan with the warm water and bring to the boil until the sugar has dissolved.
- Let the sugar water cool down, then mix with the vodka or rum.
- Fill into prepared bottles and let steep for about 2 weeks. Then filter out the chili peppers.
