Ingredients

  • 200 g iner
  • 3 orange (s), untreated
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), scraped out without pulp
  • 500 ml water
  • 300 g suar
  • 750 ml schnapps, clearer

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the ginger. Wash the oranges with hot water and cut them into small cubes. Boil the ginger, oranges and the scraped-out vanilla pod in the water for 10 minutes. Then add sugar and continue cooking until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let the brew cool down, mix with the schnapps and put in the corner for at least 6-8 weeks and forget about it.
  3. Then filter the finished liqueur and fill it into bottles.
