Ingredients
- 320 g iner, peeled
- 2 lemon (s), untreated
- 500 g suar
- 400 ml lemon juice
- 2 bottles vodka, or double grain
- 800 ml water

- Grate the peeled ginger. Peel the lemons. Add the lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and water to the ginger. Cook everything for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool down and then add the alcohol. Let it steep for 3-4 days. Filter through a linen cloth before filling.
