Ingredients

  • 7 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain, 32%)
  • 120 g suar
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel off the lemon zest. Put a few zest aside for decoration, simmer the others with the water, sugar and vanilla sugar for at least 5 minutes and allow to cool a little.
  2. In the meantime, squeeze the lemons and add them to the sugar water. Then filter and fill up with the grain. Put the leftover zest in bottles and pour in the liqueur. Let something stand.
  3. The longer the liqueur stands, the better it tastes.
