Ingredients

  • 375 g flour, (wheat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 60 g pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Sift flour with baking powder. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, milk, almonds and butter and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into rolls approx. 3 cm in diameter and place in cling film in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Cut the dough rolls into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 ° (hot air 160-180 °) for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Carefully stir the sifted powdered sugar with the lemon juice until smooth and brush the cooled cookies with it. Sprinkle the pistachio crumbs on the soft frosting so that they stick.
