Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges, dry them, use a zest ripper to scrape about a 1/4 teaspoon of the peel from the organic orange. Juice the oranges, cut the mango into pieces and puree together with yoghurt, oat flakes, ginger and orange peel in a blender until creamy. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey as required.
