Ingredients

  • 2 orange (s), one which is organic
  • 150 g mano (s), peeled
  • 100 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon oat flakes, tender as a flower
  • some ginger, peeled, grated
  • possibly agave syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges, dry them, use a zest ripper to scrape about a 1/4 teaspoon of the peel from the organic orange. Juice the oranges, cut the mango into pieces and puree together with yoghurt, oat flakes, ginger and orange peel in a blender until creamy. Sweeten with agave syrup or honey as required.
