Instructions

  1. Squeeze the oranges and mix the pudding powder with this juice (add 1-2 tablespoons of water to stretch).
  2. Bring the liter of juice, the grated orange and lemon zest with the inside of the vanilla pod and the maple syrup to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the boiling liquid and let the pudding set to the desired consistency.
  4. Fill into bowls and let cool. Whip the cream and sweeten with the vanilla sugar. Pour the cream on the pudding or simply serve with it.
