- Squeeze the oranges and mix the pudding powder with this juice (add 1-2 tablespoons of water to stretch).
- Bring the liter of juice, the grated orange and lemon zest with the inside of the vanilla pod and the maple syrup to a boil in a saucepan.
- Stir the mixed pudding powder into the boiling liquid and let the pudding set to the desired consistency.
- Fill into bowls and let cool. Whip the cream and sweeten with the vanilla sugar. Pour the cream on the pudding or simply serve with it.
