Mix the flour with butter and egg to a smooth mass. Add the milk and stir until no more lumps can be seen. Stir in the oil, salt and orange peel. Let the dough soak in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth mass.
Let some butter get very hot in a large pan. Bake a ladle of batter into a thin crepe. The batter is enough for about 5 crepes.
Let the crepes cool, then brush with the quark cream and roll up. Serve with brown sugar if necessary.
