First peel and core the apple and cut into 1-2 cm cubes. Put this in a saucepan with the lemon juice and let the honey simmer for about 10 minutes or less. Then season with cinnamon and sweetener.
In the meantime, put the milk, sugar and sweetener in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the semolina while stirring. Remove the pan from the plate and when the semolina is relatively thick, stir in the orange juice with a whisk and briefly heat it up again.
Put the semolina in a deep plate and add the compote and sprinkle with cinnamon again if necessary.
Do not mix the milk with the juice already, as the milk will curdle when heated. Therefore only add the juice when the semolina has already been added.
This portion keeps you full for a long time and has a total of only 5.5 WW points.
