• 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 450 ml water
• 180 g suar
• 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Instructions

1. Boil water and sugar to a syrup. Let cool and mix with the orange juice and orange blossom water.
2. Strain the liquid through a sieve and let it freeze in the ice cream maker.
3. You can also serve the sorbet in the hollowed out orange halves.
