Oranges – Granita

Ingredients

300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
450 ml water
180 g suar
1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Instructions

Boil water and sugar to a syrup. Let cool and mix with the orange juice and orange blossom water.
Strain the liquid through a sieve and let it freeze in the ice cream maker.
You can also serve the sorbet in the hollowed out orange halves.
