- 100 ml water
- 200 g suar
- 150 ml gin
- 500 ml tonic water
- 2 lemon (s)

- Heat the water with the sugar until it has completely dissolved. Let cool, then add the gin and tonic water. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to taste.
- Fill into a flat, sealable container and allow to harden completely in the freezer.
- To serve, scrape off the shavings with a spoon and pour into ice-cold dessert glasses.
