- Peel the potatoes, cut into 1 cm thick slices and soak in water for 1 hour so that the starch can settle.
- Then dry the potatoes and mix in a bowl with only about 1 1/2 oil. Place the slices side by side on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 25-30 minutes, turning in between.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with cumin, salt and pepper just before serving.
- This goes well with yogurt with garlic and mint.
- Tips: A mixture of cumin and salt can also be made.
