Peel and dice the onions and fry them in a pan in a little coconut oil. Remove the cubes from the pan and set aside.
Gradually sear the beef. After frying, put the meat, onions, chilli and harissa in a saucepan, deglaze with water and fill up with the coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 60 - 90 minutes. Add a little coconut blossom sugar if you like.
Arrange the finished dish on a plate and serve with a little lemon juice and the peanuts.
Tip: Potatoes, rice or dumplings go well with the goulash.
