Sear the minced meat, add the remaining ingredients and mix together. If you like, you can add some grated cheese.
Moisten the yufka leaves lightly with water and distribute about 1 tablespoon of the minced meat on the wide side, then roll them into a cigar. Do the same with the rest of the yufka leaves. Brush the top of the cigars with some liquid butter and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Tip: A filling made from sheep`s cheese and leaf spinach is also delicious.
