Dice the dates, bring them to the boil with the orange peel, cinnamon and orange juice in a small saucepan and simmer for 1 minute over a mild heat. Then puree everything finely with the cutting stick and let cool down completely.
Stir the cream cheese until creamy and gradually stir in the yogurt. Layer a layer of yoghurt cream in 4 glasses, top with the date compote and top with a layer of yoghurt cream. Sprinkle with pistachios.
No sugar is added as the date compote is very sweet.
