Fry the minced meat in a large pan with oil until it is crumbly. Add the chopped chilli pepper and season well with salt and coriander powder. Stir in the tomato paste.
Cut the apricots into strips and add to the meat with the soaked raisins and carrots. Pour in the broth and cook in the closed pan for about 10 minutes.
Fold in the rice, add the stock if necessary. Season with salt and aniseed schnapps or anise syrup, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
