Instructions

  1. First put the milk in a saucepan and slowly warm it up. Then add the oatmeal, cinnamon, cardamom powder, rose water and honey and let everything simmer a little. Now just stir in the chopped almonds - done!
  2. To serve or to enjoy yourself, sprinkle the porridge with chopped pistachios and cut strips of dried apricots.
