Ingredients

  • 150 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoon oatmeal, tender
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled pistachios, chopped
  • Apricot (s), dried

Instructions

  1. First put the milk in a saucepan and slowly warm it up. Then add the oatmeal, cinnamon, cardamom powder, rose water and honey and let everything simmer a little. Now just stir in the chopped almonds - done!
  2. To serve or to enjoy yourself, sprinkle the porridge with chopped pistachios and cut strips of dried apricots.
