Instructions

  1. Press the garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. Mix the softened butter in a bowl. Mix the garlic clove, parsley, parmesan, breadcrumbs and the remaining herbs with the butter. Season with salt and pepper and let rest for about 1/4 hour.
  3. Fry the steaks in the oil until they have almost reached the desired cooking level. Then spread the butter and herb mixture thickly and bake in the oven for about 4 minutes.
