Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and soak the steaks in it for at least 2-4 hours.
2. The marinated steaks can be cooked on the grill or in the pan as you like. Cook for two to five minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces. Ostrich meat tastes best with a slightly pink core (medium).
