Peel the sausage (the same for both types). Cut a notch every 2 cm with a knife. Peel and core the apples and cut a thin strip (apple fowl). Also cut the cheese into fine strips.
Then coat the notches with mustard, fill with a strip of apple and a slice of cheese (a little protrudes). Bake in the oven at approx. 180 degrees until the cheese has spread well.
Delicious supper in the soy version, also for vegetarians.
