- Mix olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey and paprika powder well in a bowl.
- Put the peeled onions in a well-greased dish and pour the chopped garlic on top. Then carefully pour the sauce over it. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 160ºC for about 90 minutes.
- As an accompaniment to meat dishes or pure with baguette.
