- The recipe was created on the last day of the vacation. All leftovers in the kitchen were used in this way.
- It was really a surprise what came out of it.
- PREPARATION:
- Place the soybean seedlings in a colander, rinse and drain well.
- Mix coconut milk, soy cream and vegetable stock (powder) well. Then season well with salt, Chinese spices and chili powder.
- We like to eat spicy, but you should season it to your own taste.
- Then stir in the raisins (if you like it - but you don`t have to) stir in.
- Then put the seedlings in a baking dish, place the schnitzel on top and cover with black. Season the pepper from the mill well.
- Pour the cream seasoning mixture over it so that the schnitzel are covered.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes and only then add the grapes and stir a little into the sauce.
- Then fry for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- The taste is hearty - the vegetable broth and the spices, sweet - the raisins, sour - the grapes were spicy and the chilli made it hot.
- The whole wheat pasta is prepared according to the instructions on the package.
