Wash the zucchini, halve and core, then quarter and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the zucchini pieces in an oiled or greased baking dish. Do the same with the bell pepper and apple. Add a little olive oil, the onion cut into half rings, the pressed garlic and rosemary and mix well.
Place the vegetables in the hot oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 20 to 25 minutes. Mix everything again approx. 10 minutes before the end and season with salt and pepper.
