- 2 large zucchini
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 1 large apple
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
- some oil or fat for the mold

- Wash the zucchini, halve and core, then quarter and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the zucchini pieces in an oiled or greased baking dish. Do the same with the bell pepper and apple. Add a little olive oil, the onion cut into half rings, the pressed garlic and rosemary and mix well.
- Place the vegetables in the hot oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 20 to 25 minutes. Mix everything again approx. 10 minutes before the end and season with salt and pepper.
- This fits e.g., Baguette.
- Tip: If you want, you can of course also add previously fried small meatballs. Then the dish is neither vegetarian nor vegan.
