Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini
- 500 g bell pepper (s)
- 1 ½ liter ketchup
- 300 ml olive oil
- 500 g onion (s)
- 2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon spice mixture (liquid smoke)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt

- Cut all the ingredients into nice little pieces and then mix them all together. Simmer for about 1.5-2 hours and then fill into glasses while hot.
- You can of course replace the ketchup with tomato strained with a little vinegar and sugar.
- The salsa is very versatile.
