Zucchini Omelet (Oven)

Omelet in the oven with zucchini, tomatoes, and cheese is a delicious summer dish! Hearty, juicy, and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Flour – 1 teaspoon.
  • Greens to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the zucchini, grate and squeeze the juice.
  2. Add garlic passed through a press to the zucchini and season with salt. Mix.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tomato, then peel and cut into slices.
  4. Dissolve flour in milk, add eggs, salt and mix thoroughly.
  5. On the bottom of a greased dish put the zucchini and pour over the egg mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and spread the thinly sliced ​​tomato on top.
  7. Omelet with zucchini and tomatoes sprinkle with grated cheese
  8. Bake the omelet in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
