French Omelet

Eggs are a very useful and highly digestible product. Dozens of dishes can be prepared from eggs. We offer you a recipe for making fried eggs in French. French omelet is a delicious, beautiful, and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch

Directions

  1. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add a whisper of salt and stir well into a homogeneous mass. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. The butter should not be very hot but melt completely.
  2. Pour the eggs into a frying pan and stir them with a silicone or wooden spatula until the desired thickness. We make a small fire and gently fold the omelet, not allowing it to fry. Before rolling, you can sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese, finely chopped herbs, fried onions, mushrooms, etc. taste.
  3. We serve French dry wine, vegetables, herbs, bread to the French omelet.
