Cheese Omelet in the Oven

A simple and nutritious breakfast with an airy texture – the most delicate cheese omelet. Thanks to baking in the oven, the omelet is fluffy, and the addition of a large amount of cheese provides a pleasant aroma and rich taste.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Suluguni cheese – 200 g
  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) – 25 g

Directions

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
    If your baking dish is not glass, but iron or silicone, the oven should be turned on in advance to heat up to 180 degrees. Since I have a glass baking dish, I did not turn on the oven in advance so that the baking dish would not burst when the temperature drops.
  2. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl and add salt.
  4. Mix thoroughly until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  5. Pour in vegetable oil and milk. We mix.
  6. Add grated cheese
  7. We mix.
  8. Lubricate the form with plenty of butter. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into a mold. Cooking omelet with cheese in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Then we take out the finished omelet with cheese from the oven and cool slightly.
  10. Remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve.
