  1. Prepare your apples. They should be free of damage and wormholes.

  2. Wash the apples, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the apples together with the rind and core into as thin slices as possible.

  3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, put the apple circles there.
  4. Dry apples in the oven at 100 degrees for 1-2 hours. In the process of drying, the apples brown and bend slightly. The thinner the apples have been cut, the faster they will dry out.
  5. Apple chips are ready! They can be stored for a long time in a dry, dark place.
