Instructions

  1. Put oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds and raisins in a sealable glass and mix roughly. Add whole milk. Spread the bananas and mango pieces on top. Pour the yogurt and some cinnamon over the fruit. Seal the jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Weck glasses are particularly suitable for breakfast-to-go.
