Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Then mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Just stir the next morning and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again.
  3. My tip: heat the mixture in the microwave and enjoy warm or hot for breakfast.
