Ingredients
- 50 g oat flakes, hearty
- 100 g natural yourt
- 100 ml milk
- 1 apple, slightly sour, e.g. Elstar
- 180 g applesauce
- 1 tablespoon raisins, amount according to your own preferences
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
- some cinnamon to sprinkle with
- some sugar to sprinkle with

- Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Then mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator overnight.
- Just stir the next morning and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again.
- My tip: heat the mixture in the microwave and enjoy warm or hot for breakfast.
