Ingredients

  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 2 apples
  • 90 g yourt
  • 40 g almonds, round
  • 170 ml milk
  • 1 handful almonds, chopped, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • some syrup or honey, depending on your taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, quarter them and bake them in the hot oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix together the oatmeal, milk, almonds and yoghurt. Chop the cooled apples and add to the oatmeal mix. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, pour a handful of roasted almonds and a little cinnamon over the overnight oats. Sweeten with syrup or honey, depending on your taste.
