Ingredients
- 100 g oatmeal
- 2 apples
- 90 g yourt
- 40 g almonds, round
- 170 ml milk
- 1 handful almonds, chopped, toasted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- some syrup or honey, depending on your taste

- Wash the apples, quarter them and bake them in the hot oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Mix together the oatmeal, milk, almonds and yoghurt. Chop the cooled apples and add to the oatmeal mix. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, pour a handful of roasted almonds and a little cinnamon over the overnight oats. Sweeten with syrup or honey, depending on your taste.
