Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon oat flakes, hearty
- 100 g melon (s) (Galia melon), the pulp it
- 50 ml milk
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 100 g currants

- Puree the melon meat and milk, then add the oat flakes, mix well and put in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning mix the quark with half of the currants and add to the oatmeal mix. Finally sprinkle the remaining berries on top.
