Instructions

  1. Let the eggs boil hard for 8 minutes. Then quench with cold water. Cut the eggs into small pieces and mash them together with the avocado with a fork. Add mustard, oil and lemon juice. Chop the chives and add to the egg salad. Season to taste with salt.
