This simple but really tasty recipe is something for all gourmets who not only want meat on their plate, but can also enjoy the bright green vegetables. Since the Chinese five-spice mixture is used here, the recipe gets an oriental touch, which only benefits it.
1. Wash the meat and cut into strips.
2. Peel and finely grate the garlic and ginger, place in a bowl.
3. Add olive oil and spices and mix everything together.
4. Mix the beef strips with it and let it steep for a few hours.
5. Toast the sesame seeds in a hot pan without oil.
6. Pour hot water over frozen vegetables to thaw.
7. Mix the water with the hoisin sauce and soy sauce.
8. Put some oil in the pan, fry the vegetables and season with salt & pepper, remove.
9. Fry the meat, then add the sauce and add the vegetables again and heat briefly.
10. Place the vegetables and beef on a plate and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
