Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Also cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with soy sauce, oil, all the spices and a teaspoon of mango chutney.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Fry the turkey breast in a little hot oil on medium heat. Add coriander, turmeric, curry, salt and pepper, herbs and a dash of soy sauce. Add the onions to the meat and fry until translucent. Add the vegetables and simmer with a teaspoon of tomato paste for 5 - 10 minutes, until everything is well mixed and has a great color. To taste.
  4. If you like, you can add chilli flakes or chilli-garlic spice for a certain spiciness.
  5. I like to cook some rice for my son, which I refine with tomato paste and spices.
