- Peel and dice the zucchinis, arrange in a pan and pour the spices over them.
- Quarter the tomatoes, spread over the zucchinis and season again. The same is done with the cucumber and peppers.
- After the last vegetables with the spices have been distributed in the pan, the ketchup is now spread over it.
- Then season the weighed items as you would for meatballs, form meatballs out of them and distribute them on the vegetables.
- The whole thing is then baked at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or until the meatballs are brown.
- Then stir everything again, season to taste and bake again for half an hour.
- Pasta, rice or potatoes can be served with it.
