Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the zucchinis, arrange in a pan and pour the spices over them.
  2. Quarter the tomatoes, spread over the zucchinis and season again. The same is done with the cucumber and peppers.
  3. After the last vegetables with the spices have been distributed in the pan, the ketchup is now spread over it.
  4. Then season the weighed items as you would for meatballs, form meatballs out of them and distribute them on the vegetables.
  5. The whole thing is then baked at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or until the meatballs are brown.
  6. Then stir everything again, season to taste and bake again for half an hour.
  7. Pasta, rice or potatoes can be served with it.
