Mix the flour, sugar, oat flakes and cinnamon and mix with the milk and egg to a smooth dough. Fold in the quark.
Chop the banana and mix with the lemon juice.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and pour in the first portion of batter. Place half of the banana pieces on top and let them sink in. Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Enjoy sprinkled with powdered sugar.
