Pancake batter: Put the flour, salt, milk and eggs in a mixing bowl and use the hand mixer to mix the ingredients into a batter. Brush the hot pan with oil and fry the pancakes in it.
Onion and ham filling: heat 10g butter or margarine in a saucepan. Sauté the peeled, diced onions in it. Cut the ham into small pieces and add to the onions. Add 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Put the filling on half of the pancakes and close, serve.
