Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 375 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- Brush the pan with oil or fat
For the filling:
- 10 g butter or mararine
- 2 onions)
- 100 g ham
- 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Pancake batter: Put the flour, salt, milk and eggs in a mixing bowl and use the hand mixer to mix the ingredients into a batter. Brush the hot pan with oil and fry the pancakes in it.
- Onion and ham filling: heat 10g butter or margarine in a saucepan. Sauté the peeled, diced onions in it. Cut the ham into small pieces and add to the onions. Add 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the filling on half of the pancakes and close, serve.
- A mixed green salad goes well with it.
