Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar, briefly melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the flour mixture with the egg, milk, peanut butter and melted butter with the hand mixer. If the dough is too thick, you can add a little milk. Set aside for 5 minutes, heat a pan and melt some butter in it.
  2. Then add about two tablespoons of batter to each pancake in the pan. It is best to always bake two together, they are ready to be turned after 2 - 3 minutes or when small bubbles form on the surface. Turn carefully and finish baking.
  3. Continue like this until the batter is used up, adding fresh butter over and over again.
  4. Blueberry syrup, blueberry jam and of course maple syrup taste particularly good with these pancakes.
