Mix everything but half of the milk and blueberries in a bowl so that there are no more lumps. Then add the rest of the milk and, after stirring again, add the blueberries.
Brush a pan with oil or clarified butter. Always use two dough scoops for a pancake. When they`re golden, turn around once. Then take it out.
Note: The pancakes will be slightly larger than the conventional pancakes.
